Returns & Refunds

Server Depot US offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please email sales@serverdepotus.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please obtain return authorization before sending an item back.

Returned items must be received in the same condition as delivered, including all included accessories, power supplies, rails, caddies, cables, manuals, and original packaging when available. Please do not remove asset tags or serial-number labels.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing, contact us within 3 business days with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, an exchange, or a return authorization.

Configuration and Compatibility

Server Depot US sells new and refurbished enterprise hardware. Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their existing environment before purchase, including drive interfaces, RAID/HBA requirements, operating system support, power requirements, rails, network connectivity, and software licensing.

For customized or specially configured systems, returns may be subject to approval and may not be eligible for a full refund if the system has been used, altered, damaged, or is missing components.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, shipping damage, or a confirmed defective item.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, Server Depot US provides a 2-year parts-replacement warranty on eligible refurbished servers and hardware. Warranty coverage does not include accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, software issues, data loss, or compatibility issues not disclosed before purchase.
