All returned items must be returned to us in original box. A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may apply to items returned without the original box. IT Networking hardware include a 1-year warranty. We cannot gaurantee serials will qualify for manufacturer service contracts or warranty. Servers and Storage units include 2-year warranty. Warranty includes any manufacturer failure that is not caused by user error, natural occurrences, or misused. Within the first 30 days of purchase, we offer full refund with RMA. After the 30 days, we will replace or repair product under warranty policy. If you open a return request because of ‘buyer cancellation, don’t need anymore’, units need to be delivered with the same condition. If not, a restocking fee may apply. Our warranty does not apply to customer errors during the configuration and installation, accident after the product has been delivered, altering and modifying.
