Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. Please email sales@serverdepotus.com to get return authorization before you send anything back. Full terms are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, eligible refurbished servers and hardware include a 2-year parts-replacement warranty. After the 30-day return period, we repair or replace covered products under this warranty.

The warranty covers hardware failures that are not caused by user error, natural occurrences or misuse. It does not cover customer errors during configuration and installation, accidental damage after delivery, or alterations and modifications. We cannot guarantee that serial numbers will qualify for manufacturer service contracts or manufacturer warranty.

Shipping

Domestic shipments: UPS is our main carrier.
International shipments: DHL Express is our main carrier.
Cables and similar items: USPS.
Other carriers: Please contact us to ship with a different carrier.
