Shipping policy

We ship from Medley, Florida.

Shipping within the United States

• Standard shipping (2–6 business days): free on every order.
• Expedited shipping (1–3 business days): available at checkout. The rate depends on your order total and is shown before you pay.

UPS is our main carrier for domestic orders. Cables and similar small items may ship with USPS.

International shipping

We ship internationally with DHL Express. The shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.

Order processing

We process orders after payment is confirmed. Systems configured to order are assembled and tested before they ship. If your configuration needs extra build time, we will tell you the expected ship date. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available from our Medley, Florida location. Please contact us before you come so we can have your order ready, and bring your order confirmation email and a photo ID.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 business days with photos of the item and packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
